I just did my first real mod this weekend. Perrin uppipe. I think Im the least modded wrx here actually. I did feel a big difference on the highway.. Feels more like it should.. I can merge easier and such.. Also could have been the colder air this morning .. DOH

My Z is modded, got a Hotshot intake, my speed limiter can be switched off, light Borla axleback exhaust, better thermostat, sick sound system. I gotta do cat back exhaust and headers next. I can keep up with the Hondas though, with the exception of Knertified's former 99 Civic Si. I'd love to get my hands on an S2000 though.... 240HP NA... what do you think?? I don't have $32K to drop... but the car screams "put a huge fucking front mount intercooler on me!!"

ok Knert this is the uppdate, i bought everything accept for the NX 150 to 300 hp wet system and a new harmonic balancer.. the new block from cali comes in this week after a mishap on there part then i need a good weekend to drop the new boy in.. after that it goes to BFR up in Whatley MA to get the cage and subframe system done, finally will be the paintwork then off to the dyno to see what she does......

Stage 2 ported holley heads and intake, E-cam to stay st legal, canton T-sump road race pan, canton main girdle, 30lb injectors, NX 150 -300 hp race system, McCleod aluminum flywheel, centerforce dual friction clutch, tremec tranny, aluminum driveshaft, rear end includes 373 gears, auburn pro dif, mosler race axels, upper and lower battle boxes, 6 point cage, kenny brown subframe connectors matrix bar and jacking rails, and it's not one of those cars to screw around in the st's plus it'll only weigh 2900 pounds , engine mangement system is in discussion and i'm ready with a labtop to play.... so i can race you where i'm not sure because i'm not getting that car taken away , too much money and too long working on it, plus i doubt you want to have your brand new cobra taken to impound do ya...

Sounds good. But 30lb injectors? Boom boom on 300 shot if i am not mistaken. When will you be "done". I'd never race you on the street; you'd definately have some serious traction problems. There is a dragday at LVD June 27th. Sign up on thepike.net... its $65 plus you get to run me.

my original setup was stock and i did 14.1 in the 1/4 then i did gears intake mass air and road race suspension and i still did 14.1 because of the suspension which is real shitty , so i've tried a few things before going big...

I got an 87 mazda pickup.  I bought it from a junkyard about 3 years ago for 50 bucks and after 4Gs it's lookin good.  Totally stock except for the paint which is like a wrx blue.  Slow as hell but I like it.  I'll try to post some pics later.
