Well, I don't have much info on it as of now, but my friend purchased an STI motor (edit: EJ25T i think is the code). It comes complete with ECU, Harness, downpipe, turbo, IC, everything basically. I will get pics as soon as I can. The motor is located in Ct.
More specs will be posted soon, if you are interested please email me at matt@frankencar.com or AIM me at Kiminaro.
Please no low balls, but we will let it go at a good price.

Wow... updating after I posted this like 5 min ago :)
Well the motor has under 10k miles, perfectly flawless, and was not taken out of a wrecked STI.
Asking price is $6k, obo.

Isn't it cheaper to build the stock Rex engine up to and way past 300hp than to purchase an STi engine? $6 g's is a shitload of cash! Bump for a rare engine to find locally!!! :)

or simply order the shortblock from subaru, and bolt all the wrx parts onto the sti block

We have a winner.
FWIW the short block isnt much money at all ;)
